Human Design was assembled in 1987 by Ra Uru Hu, who blended astrology, the I Ching, and a few other systems into a mandala of 64 gates, one for each I Ching hexagram, each gate covering exactly 5.625 degrees of sky. Your birth moment drops planets onto that wheel, and out comes your Type and your Authority, which is HD's word for how you are built to decide.

The five Types, holding money

• Generators are built to respond. In HD doctrine the sacral center answers yes or no to what shows up, and forcing a decision from nothing goes badly. As an investing posture: a Generator does better reacting to a concrete option in front of them than inventing a thesis from thin air. If your best ideas all started with someone asking have you seen this, that is the shape.

• Manifesting Generators respond too, just faster and on several tracks at once. The money mood is three watchlists, two side projects, and an exit strategy for each.

• Projectors are told to wait for the invitation. They see systems clearly but their timing works through recognition, not initiation. Money version: the Projector's best moves tend to arrive as opportunities offered, not doors forced. If you have ever been right early and ignored anyway, you have met your Type.

• Manifestors initiate, and their strategy is simply to inform people before they do. The only Type allowed to just go. Also the Type most likely to need the calm-down day the app schedules anyway.

• Reflectors sample everything and are advised to wait a full lunar cycle, about 28 days, before major decisions. Which, applied to money, is honestly the most evidence-aligned advice in this entire genre: sleep on it for a month.

The Type derivation is straight from the tradition: the app computes your chart on the Rave Mandala the way Ra Uru Hu's system specifies, cross-checked against the standard references.

The next step is ours, and we say so. HD doctrine defines decision strategies. It has no opinion about equity sectors.
