We collect the minimum a personalized chart service needs, and we treat birth data as sensitive.

What we collect

Email, to sign you in and bill you.
Birth details (date, time, place) and optional names, to compute your charts and written readings.
Payment status via Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.

What we do with it

Compute your readings, remember them so they are not recomputed, and send email you asked for. Chart text is generated with the help of AI language-model providers; the natal details needed for your reading are sent to them for that purpose and not used to train their models under our settings.

What we never do

Sell your data.
Put names or birth data into analytics. Product analytics are event-based and pseudonymous.
Show your birth data on anything shareable. Share cards carry no birth details by design.

Where it lives

On our own server infrastructure, encrypted in transit end to end. Backups are for disaster recovery only.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data or to delete your account and data; we complete deletion within 30 days. Self-serve export and deletion are coming.
