Refund Policy

Effective September 30, 2026

Short version: you can leave whenever you like, and if something we sold you did not arrive, you get your money back.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime in Settings, or from the billing portal linked there. No call, no form, no retention offer you have to decline twice.
When you cancel, you keep access to the end of the month or year you paid for, and we never charge you again. We do not refund the part of a period already started.
Almanac comes with 7 days free, on a first subscription only: an email that has subscribed to NatalWealth before, or already had a trial, starts paying on day one. Cancel before day 8 and you are never charged.

The Blueprint

The Blueprint is a one-time report. If your Blueprint fails to generate, email us and we refund it in full. If it arrived but something in it is broken, email us too and we will fix it or refund it.

Gifts

A gift is refundable until it is redeemed. Email us from the address that bought it. Once the code is redeemed, the year belongs to the person who redeemed it.

How refunds reach you

Email [email protected]. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. If the law where you live gives you more than this page does, for example a cooling-off period, you get that too.
