New & Full Moon Money Rituals

A money ritual at every new and full moon, and your new moon intention shown back to you at the full

  • About 25 times a year, a three-minute money ritual for the moon that just arrived.
  • Each one names the sign, and the house it lands in on your chart, in plain words.
  • At the full moon, the intention you set at the new moon comes back to you, with one question: what did you do about it?

Avery's next two moons

  • New Moon in LibraSat, Oct 10, 11:50 AM, Avery's timeIn your 5th house, the part of your chart about fun, creativity and money spent on joy.
  • Full Moon in TaurusMon, Oct 26, 12:12 AM, Avery's timeIn your 11th house, the part of your chart about friends, networks and long-range goals.

Libra weighs things. Tradition reads this new moon as one for fair deals and shared plans.

Find three quiet minutes. Nobody needs anything from you for that long.

Think of one money arrangement with another person. Does it still feel fair to you both?

Write one money thing you want, as something you will do. "Pay off the card" counts. "Be rich" is a mood.

Prompt: What is one money conversation you want to have with someone this month?

Prompt: This moon falls in your 5th house (fun, creativity and money spent on joy). What is one thing there you could make simpler?

Then, at the full moon: What did you keep steady since the new moon, and what wobbled?

The next new moon and full moon, read for one chart. Real output, computed today for Avery Stone, our made-up test person, born December 7, 1990 in New York. Yours runs on your chart.

How it works

  1. At the new moon, write one money thing you want, as something you will do.
  2. About two weeks later, the full moon shows it back and asks what happened.
  3. Turn on moon reminders if you like: one push per moon, never more than two a month.

Fair questions

Does this predict prices?

No. We looked for an edge with real statistical power and did not find one. What holds up is the part you control: a schedule you keep, and sizing you decided before you were excited. A moon ritual is reflection. The Moon is a punctual reminder, not a market signal.

What counts as an intention?

Something you will do: pay off the card, read one annual report, ask about that fee. A percentage target is not an intention, it is a wish with decimals.

What if I do not know my birth time?

You get the sign version. Houses need the exact time, so we leave them out rather than guess.

What do I get without the plan?

Every ritual and every prompt. The plan adds the full moon review, where your new moon intention comes back to you.
